Although, there is the possibility to change your center by paying some extra fee, but as every University has its own admission procedures & rule and regulations, it would be completely on the discretion of the University that whether it allows you to change your center or not. So, to get the exact information about this I would suggest you to contact the University directly.

Well there are many institutes in India offering courses in Animation, but there are rarely options available in Cochin, however you can look for Arena as an option which supposedly have its center in the location mentioned by you.
Other than this, if you are highly inclined towards pursuing your education in animation, you can opt for other locations near you where in you can get the institutes.

Mr. Santanu, So far my knowledge goes B-tech in Biotechnology and M.Sc. in Microbiology is treated equivalent in terms of job opportunity. Hence there is no justification and necessity for doing tech degree of Graduation status like Biotechnology or in related field.
