You will be grilled considerably on your inclination towards social entrepreneurship. You need to be aware of the current social issues and or at least form some basic idea as to what you want to do(venture/job). Plus you should be prepared with your short and long term goals.
As far as the essay is concerned just practice the basics XAT types and you should be fine.They look for the clarity of thought and the logical sequence of answers and not literary prowess.

UPSC has syllabus from all stream so it really does not matter which stream you chose at HSC or higher level. The subject which you need to prepare for CSP (Civil Services Prelims) are : General Mental Ability and Reasoning, History, Political Science, Indian Freedom Struggle, Economics, General Science (Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Current Affairs etc.) once you clear CSP, you need to prepare for main and interview. This includes two optional subject (from your graduation level), English, any one Indian Language and General Studies etc.

If u take up pgcet , u have to strive hard to get PES UNIVERSITY and u have to get below 150Rank in karnataka if u are a GM student .If u are category then you have to get below 1000 Rank. If u are not taking PGCET then u have to take PESSAT which is mba entrance test for PES UNIVERSITY and after passing it you have to undergo GD and PI Then after passing it you will be given admission. For MBA fees through PESSAT id 7.5lakh and through PGCET its 2lakh

do't think this much because if you want to be a software engree so you need not to go for MCA . just do B.Tech in Computer science .
there are so many good number job after B.Tech company like
TCs , Infoces ,Wipro . HCl .etc

The requirement for doing a course in Trichology depends on what study level youa re opting for a course. Like a bachelor's degree in related field for doing a master's programs.
But the basic requirement is to have studied Biology in 10+2 just like other medical science related courses.

You can try practising for CAT 2015. There are a lot of IT companies that come to IIMs to hire people at a managerial level. If you are very interested in IT, IIMs offer electives that focus on IT such as information systems design etc that will help you improve your managements skills related to IT.
