Hi Dear,
No Doubt Germany is a best place to study engineering programs since you are mechanical engineer so I suggest you to go for MS in Mechanical Engineering from any of these universities scope of mechanical engineer is good in germany. You can try MS in Mechanical in these German universities :-
1. University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,
2. University of Siegen,
3. RWTH Aachen University,
4. Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences,
5. University of Duisburg-Essen etc.

hi harshad,as far as your salary is concerned,after doing a MSc course or a diploma course,you will always be appointed as a CRC or a CRA.The starting pkg will be 10k-25k(organization specific).

Hi Priya,
First of all I would advise you to go for a regular PhD or M.Phil program, reason being as these are the research based programs and would require you to work under the professors and be in continues touch with them which would not possible through distance learning program in which are mostly the self study programs. Moreover, there are not many Institutes which will give you PhD & M.Phil degrees. Few of the Universities which you may consider are:
