As of now fees for international students are free in Sweden universities doesn't charge any tuition fees however from 2011 there is a rules which is passed by the Government that every international student outside EU has to pay the tuition fees.Kindly refer this link for further details:- http://www.su.se/english/about/news-and-events/course-fees-for-non-eu-students-at-stockholm-university-1.5032
