I think you forget that every college or institute not take a better job.It is only take knowledge of which you like course or subject or degree.I am say that only you are get a degree from any best college.I am sure that if you are get better or nice knowledge and experience from institute then i am sure you get any job from Company or firm.

If you want to go for MS in Pharmaceutics from germany then these are the universities where you can try for the desired course in english :- University of Duisburg Essen , Free University, Pharmaceutical Institute, Berlin , Martin Luther University, College of Pharmacy, Philipps University Marburg, F.-A. University of Erlangen-Nurnberg.

Although, University of Burdwan does not provide a Post graduate diploma program in Human Resource, but it does provide MBA in HR.

Although, Indian Institute of Finance is a decent Institute which comes under top 50 Institutes in various ranking for Finance Institutions. However, my advice to you would be to look into several other factors before enrolling for any particular Institute such as Course curriculum, study material, faculty background, placements & Infrastructure etc. I would also suggest you to visit IIF campus and talk with few of the Faculty members and current batch students to get the real picture which will help you in making a decision.

If you want to make your career in stock market I would suggest you to opt for NSE certification i.e. NCFM. CFA also is a good option but it offers a career in investment banking.
However, if you are interested in CFA and you can go for the training from CFA institute which has the International recognition. You need to be a graduate to sit for CFA examination.

Based on the B.Sc degree that you already have, you may apply for the MFA course but then applying through the same University from where you are still pursuing your BFA could be a little difficult as both the Bachelor and Masters course cannot be pursued simultaneously and that too from the same University, However, KSOU is a recognized Open University and offers various courses and for the exact information it is requested to contact the University directly.
