There are two types of in the banking exam which are Clerical and Probationary Officers exam.

Try and find out the reason why they are not issuing the DD for Calcutta. If they give you some specific reason which looks logical then, speak with the Calcutta branch of ICWA about the same.
I would like to add here that in such a typical situation the Institute itself would be the best source of information so try and contact the Institute personals directly.

mca is great.it extend your eligibility for companies up to great extent.
but msc is also a master degree and you can start a good career right after msc as well.
