Hi Chetan, you can take admission in BBA-HR mgmt and then you can try for MBA-HR. But if you get any normal college so there is no any worry because here is option that you can change your college in second with good marks, so once you take admission anywhere so i suggest take it.
And i want to suggest one more thing that is make your communication, presentation skill strong, because these are HR's strong point, so work on it.

hi Chetan, its good that you are completing your 12th with minimum marks other than not completing HSC.
On this qualification also you can go for any other qualification, but make sure you have to select your area of interest before taking admission anywhere. Some college are provided higher education with minimum marks. And if you complete first year with good marks so then you can apply for any other college for further studies.
So there is no need to worry you can make good career with minimun marks but here only require your consistancy performance in field and tallent.
