Hi Rajesh,
Well firstly you have not mentioned her area of interest, without which it will be difficult to mention any course details and secondly for most of the courses in a particular field the minimum education required is a 12th pass but then she can look for courses like Swift course offered by NIIT which is a short term course of 1 month on Microsoft Office, Calligraphy, Designing etc.
For more information, I would request you to revert with her interests so to be able to provide you complete information.

Hi,
You can pursue a PhD degree after completing your MBA as the eligibility to pursue a PhD/ doctoral degree is a Masters degree from a recognized University. The eligibility of aggregate marks may vary from University to University. Few Universities may ask for 50 -55% marks, some will accept students with 60% and above. However, almost all the good Universities will take students with higher percentage.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
