Any education institute, go to their respective official website. You should go to “contact us". Under that, you should have the email ID and the landline and mobile number details (mobile could be optional in some cases). If it urgent query, and if it feasible, pay a visit to the college premises and set up an appointment through reception desk.

Yes, they consider your 10th and 12th and graduation score and other than that, they also give points to your extra and co curricular activities but before that, you need to give CAT exam and score above 95 because cut off is around 90 percentile.

For studying any course or providing heaps of opportunity in other activities, NIT Trichy is the best.
I think, in any NIT, you will get no. of opportunities to show your extra skills. By the way NIT Trichy, VNIT, NIT Surathkal, SVNIT, NIT Rourkela are good for mechanical. Try your best for IITs though.
