Hi
The top colleges that you might get in your bracket are:
ICFAI, Hyderabad
BIMTECH, Noida
Garden city Bangalore
Lloyd Noida
Christ College, Bangalore,
UPES Dehradun
Alliance Business School, Bangalore
However, when choosing an MBA college preference should be given to faculty and reputation of the course you want, like UPES for oil and gas management and core domain MBA programs, ICFAI for finance and so on. You should also keep the placement in mind.
All the best.

As per your score I would suggest you to appear for CAT again and also you may look up to other entrances like MAT, SNAP, XAT, etc. as well as it will open doors to more number of colleges. Concentrate more on your preparation with the aim to crack the next with a much higher score.
To add on I would say to follow the 7 easy steps in order to crack the examination successfully:
1. Clear your basic concepts.
2. Work on your vocabulary.
3. Develop the habit of reading.
4. Reasoning skills can be improved by solving puzzles.
5. Practice a lot.
6. Once you know your strengths and weaknesses, go for some full-length tests. Observe how you improve

Graduate with minimum 50% marks , Valid CAT 2015 score/ Valid XAT 2016 score/ Valid GMAT 2015-16 score
All these score varies year to year depending upon the no. of students appearing for the exam, cut off and students applying here for admission. Last year Valid CAT percentile was 70-75%. consistency between your 10th and 12th marks will also have some weightage plus if you have any work experience that will also be counted.
