I would advice you for B.COM rather than B.C.A-
1. B.C.A and G.N.I.I.T are very closely related- Analytics, Programming, Dashboards, Data Mining and Warehousing.
2. The G.N.I.I.T course focuses on business processes and information management generated by the system of an organization. So taking a M.I.S program from GNIIT is certainly a good option with tremendous job opportunities in the domain of Business Intelligence. It would really benefit your B.COM program.
