Please remember no university or course guarantee jobs to its students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
In the present day scenario job situation in UK is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession.
International students are allowed to work full time in UK only if they get a job offer with a annual package of 20,000 pounds or more.
