Hi Prabu, it does not matter a great deal if you had 2-3 arrears. But to be eligible to pursue MBA in Nz you need to have a minimum of 3 yrs managerial or supervisory work ex. you will also need to appear for IELTS or GMAT.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers, CV, A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. the documents need to be certified by the notary or by the authorised representative of the University.
If you are a fresher then UK and AUstralia will be a better choice as the universities here offer fresher MBA.

UGC allow does allow Final year students who have appeared or will be appearing at the qualifying Master's Degree examination and whose result is still awaited or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed, but as yours is a case of backlog, you need to directly get in touch with the UGC as they may take a decision on individual basis. Admission to the course
Process
Admission to this course is done through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) every year.
The process starts in January and is basically a three tier selection process ofCommon Entrance Test (MH-CET)Group Discussion (GD)Personal Interview (PI)
CET is a multiple-choice objective test evaluating the aptitude of the student in various areas like verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logic, visual reasoning, reading comprehension and data interpretation.
Test is followed by a GD and PI round which carry a significant weightage in the entire selection process.
(From the academic year 1996-1997)
The entire admission process for the MMS course is done by the DTE.
