When you are with a group of friends with whom you are familiar since long, do you hesitate in talking in that group? No.Same is the case when you are in a family discussion at home or when you are in a family marriage, and enjoying the chat.This is so because you are aware of the people, and you are aware of the topic(s) of discussion.
But when you are in a formally constituted group, you tend to grow conscious of the surroundings and the topic of discussion, and your own RELATIVE position. Start weeding out this habit, and start realising your potential and inner strengths. While talking in a family group, don't you give advise to persons who are younger or less experienced than you? In a formal group , too, you have persons of the same type, but you are conscious of your own shortcomings, and fail to realise that others may be having lesser qualities in many fields that what you have.
Once you realise that YOU also have some qualities and some specific knowledge which others lack or MAY lack, you will start developing confidence.Then,you speech and voice impact will also come out automatically.If you do not believe me, try out and see for yourself. After all it is YOU who has to experiment and see,not anyone else.

There are many universities in US offering scholarships to international students, these scholarships can be in the form of full tuition fee waived off or partial tuition fee waived off.
Every university have its own specific eligibility criteria to offer scholarships. Most of the universities offer scholarships to deserving international students on first come basis .So it is always advisable to apply at least 8-10 months in advance of the application deadline.
In order to pursue MS in US universities you need to take TOEFL and GRE:
TOEFL is the exam which needs to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.
TOEFL has 4 sections namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities require 80-90 plus score.
GRE,is a test which need to take by all the student who wish to pursue MS course in US.
It is of 1600 marks, and all the good universities require 1200-1400 plus score.
