Hi Abhishek,
After Completing you BBA if you want to pursue a career in HR then best option would be to do your MBA with HR as a specialization. I would like to add here that if you plan for MBA do it through a good Management Institute like IIMs, MDI, IMT etc. for which you need to appear for Entrance Examination i.e CAT. To sit for CAT you need to have 50% and above aggregate marks in your BBA from a recognized University.

Hi Abhishek,
If you straightaway want to get into job after BBA you can do that as well, but to get the best of job opportunities in your HR career you have to complete your Masters i.e. MBA in HR. However, after BBA you can get jobs in HR field starting would be from the executive level with a decent pay package.
I would like to add here that the scope of the BBA degree would also depend on your own capabilities, how you perform on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interviews.
Hope my answer has helped you in resolving your query. For any further Clarification do post more Query, in case it resolves P

I am working as an Administrative Officer in UK. I just finished writing a book about scholarships offered by British universities to foreign students and at present waiting for a reply from the literary agents. Many Indians who have done their MBA in UK have got very good jobs in India. However, you should choose the right business school. London Business School is ranked amongst the best in the world. But it costs a fortune to study there. My advice is to go the AMBA website, the MBA accrediting body in UK where you can get full information about good business schools. Finally, UK MBA is highly valued in India if you get it from the

The most important thing you need to keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations. if you have interest to get into financial sector go for Masters in Economics, Masters in English could be a good option if you want to get into some creative field or teaching, Philosophy can be a good option if you want to get into teaching as a career or do PhD and get into research work Philosophy students can even get into HR Department. Internship would depend on the career option you choose and institutes you get. However, you can always go for summer internships in your summer break but that
