After Completing you BBA if you want to pursue a career in HR then best option would be to do your MBA with HR as a specialization. I would like to add here that if you plan for MBA do it through a good Management Institute like IIMs, MDI, IMT etc. for which you need to appear for Entrance Examination i.e CAT. To sit for CAT you need to have 50% and above aggregate marks in your BBA from a recognized University.

However, after BBA you can get jobs in HR field starting would be from the executive level with a decent pay package.
I would like to add here that the scope of the BBA degree would also depend on your own capabilities, how you perform on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interviews.
