It is definetly good to study in Russia , nearly 350 students are Indian in my college .it has good scope in private hospitals . no need to worry for security of an individual (if he/she dose not break the rules of administration ) . everything is perfect . I say these because I am at present studying in Kursk. I agree with the above answers , but when you want to pursue your dream these exams will not stand before .

AIEEE score is lower side. Punjab has enough seats to accomodate students of its state. You will get a seat but getting your choice may be difficult. Use accept-the-offer approach rather select-your-choice approach.

Hi to find a guide, the steps to be followed are
1. Select 3 topics and write a brief summary of the proposed research you want to take up.
2. Select the university from which you want to do your ph.D
3. Go to the official website and find out the list of guides who are suitable to guide you in the topics you have zeroed down
4. Visit the university, talk to the guides and submit the proposal.
P.S. All the above are applicable only when you have cleared NET or the entrance exam conducted by the university for Ph.D. These days Ph.D is either full-time or part-time in most cases. You have to specify that when you submit the admission form.
