Hi Vikas, To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. Also, include how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University and ask them if there is any research going on. Because its always not mentioned on the University's website whether the research in your field of interest is going on or not.

To add to Pooja's answer these are the claims of NIIBMT :
The few points given below:
NIIBMT has not taken the AICTE approval. There are several reasons behind that. First of all UGC has certain norms like to run an institute you should have 5 acres of land in an urban area or 25 acres in a non urban area. Also the classroom size should be this much and you should have a bank balance of 2 crores!. Since NIIBMT is running distance learning programs what they will do with this much of land ?. Secondly if UGC approved NIIBMT will lose out on a lot of their strengths !. In such a case NIIBMT wont be able to give 100% assistance. As far as UGC is concerned, they give grants to a university and NIIBMT is an institute and not a university. NIIBMT claims to is have its own placement cell the day you enroll with them, your name will automatically enroll in the cell( No Extra Fees For That)
Now the risk is on the learner!

Hi Pravin, time is limited. Have you got admission already for the sep intake? and are you ready with documents to file for your visa? If not, then it will be difficult in sep intake.
The visa and admission process in Aus take almost 6 months. July has already begun and if you wish to go in sep then you should apply for the visa asap.
If you have not applied then you can try for the Feb intake which is not very far.
Also, the course that Deakin offers is Graduate Diploma in Accounting and only in July and Feb semesters. They do not have a sep sem for this course as of now.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. the documents need to be certified by the notary or by the authorised representative of the University.
