Both having an MBA and having work experience are both immensely useful things to have on your CV. What you should aim for really depends upon you what youre good at, and what youd prefer to do in your career.
So having a college or university education plus work experience for example, will put you ahead of competing students who have excellent grades with less work experience even for entry-level positions.
As a student, your ideal option is to study to get the best grades.

Hi,
The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) is known for its Upstream, Gas and chemical engineering. Although other conventional branches such as mechanical, electrical, electronics etc. Are on the rise now and are doing well. Attend the counselling, be flexible, observe the trend, choose ur branch accordi
