I suggest you do 2 things: One, take up the Integrated Exec PGPM program from IIFM. That will allow you to complete your management education in 2 years while still working. This is a unique program, unlike standard distance programs and will allow u access to lectures from faculty hailing from Harvard, Wharton, IIMs etc. along with this, do a 3-months banking program from IIFM which will get you entry into the banking sector.
