You need to do IELTS and obtain minimum 6.5 band over all and minimum 6 band in all components. You can apply directly to university online. However, as you are new to the procedures it is better to contact some education consultants, who can process your application to get your admission and visa.

You can do MBA in USA. It is a two year programme and in any university it will cost you around 18 lacks tuition fees and 12 lacks for living expenses. You can try for scholarships. Only of you have high academic scores you are eligible for scholarships. If funds is your constraint then you can do one year MBA in UK.

I am sharing this observation about Amity, Noida campus that there has been no instance where I came across any hidden fees.
This should be the case for Amity University, Haryana as well.
They have high fees already and things are open when you take admission.

You can get a government college. I suggest you to get the details regarding the government college which take admission on the basis of JEE Mains since you have qualified with very good marks. Yes, if you want to pursue CA at 12th standard, you must clear CPT (now called foundation course). Otherwise, if you want to pursue CA after graduation then you'll be directly eligible to give IPCC no CPT or foundation course required. Details of same can be found on ICAI.Org.
