Hi,
The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
As per your query, I would suggest you to make the list of university where you wish to pursue Phd.

Let me count some points before you make your decision
1) In BCA you will learn more theories and in BscIT you Learn more Practical Less theories
2)BCA will teach you how to create a Program BscIT will teach you how to use those programs and utilize them as per the need of the company or organization
3)After BCA most Student do MCA and go to Programing company in other hand After BscIT you will prefare to do MscIT and go to internet and web development field
