Dear Rukhsar,
It is not difficult. If you want to do MBBS do it in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like more than 3 THOUSAND of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

you can't as i think you are in gen category its really very diff. and colleges which depend on aieee results are better then the colleges which don't and +2 score doesn't play a major role in NITS,they just see your score if you can't get it better opt a drop!!!
