Yes you can apply the eligibility as per its website is is 10+2 with 55% marks in PCM group / B Sc(PCM) / Diploma with 55% marks aggregate, for SC/ST/OBC, the admission criteria is 50%.They offer two programs one, aerospace engineering and the other aircraft maintenance engineering.
As per its website Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course (AME), is approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Govt. of India and its Four year Aerospace Engineering Degree course approved by IGNOU, New Delhi.
Please also remember that it is advisable to opt for course s,which are AICTE approved or in your case DGCA approved so that there
