After B.Com, first priority is M.Com. If you are not interested in that, you can go for MBA. Otherwise, if you have interest in computer programming, coding, developing, then you can choose MCA!

In MBA, there is no constraint or pre-requisites required while selecting the specialisation. MBA in finance/marketing are also opted by many of the IT-Engineers. Of course, Operations is one of the best-suited specialisations for Engineers. But other specialisations like Finance, Marketing, Financial Engineering, HR, Hospitality Management are also equally preferred. It's just your interest towards a particular discipline.
