ΔH_rxn = ΔH_f (N? O, g) + 3ΔH_f (CO? , g) – (2ΔH_f NO? , g) – 3ΔH_f (CO, g)
= 81 + 3× (– 393) – 2 × 34 – 3 (–110)
= 81 – 1179 – 68 + 330 = – 836 kJ

y = x3

d y d x = 3 x 2 d y d x | ( t , t 3 ) = 3 t 2

Equation of tangent y – t3 = 3t2 (x – t)

Let again meet the curve at Q ( t 1 , t 1 3 )

t 1 3 t 3 = 3 t 2 ( t 1 t )

t 1 2 + t t 1 + t 2 = 3 t 2 [ ? t 1 t ]

t 1 2 + t t 1 2 t 2 = 0

->t1 = -2t

Required ordinate = 2 t 3 + t 1 3 3 = 2 t 3 8 t 3 3 = 2 t 3

The BTech Chemical Engineering syllabus is different for every college on the basis of their syllabus guidelines and unique coursework approach. The syllabus usually has core subject modules, specialised program electives, lab classes, project work and internships.

When it comes to the mandatory core subjects there is no such scope for customization because of the foundational knowledge they provide but you can choose the elective subjects on the basis of your interests and passions allowing some room for customization.

Sometimes, when maximum covalency is obtained, the halides become inert to water, thus SF? (or similarly CCl? ) is stable. This is because SF? is coordinately saturated and sterically hindered. Thus, SF? is inert to water, because of kinetic rather than thermodynamic factor.
A. PCl? + 4H? O → H? PO? + 5HCl
B. SiCl? + 4H? O → Si (OH)? + 4HCl
C. BCl? + 3H? O → B (OH)? + 3HCl
