US does not recognize a dental degree from India. The person must complete DDS from USA and be licensed through one of the boards (eastern, california, etc.) to be able to practice .Colleges which offer Advanced Standing Program (DDS/DMD) to foreign trained dentists require at least NDEB Part I. Agreeing to Sameera, I tooo would suggest you either to go for a Masters in Banking and Finance if you are keen to study first and then opt for a job, but if you are keen to secure a job right after your graduation then you can also opt to write the Bank PO exams and secure a head start.
