The average starting salary is approximately Rs.13,000 to Rs.20,000 for a fresher. It is the best time to enter in the aviation industry.
India's aviation market is on a high growth path and aims to be the third-largest market by 2020 and the largest by 2030. The combination of a move towards a more liberalized market for aviation, coupled with stronger economic fundamentals, helped the country become one of the fastest-growing markets in the world.

ECE degree has wide scope as ECE engineering graduates can be employed by electronics, telecommunications and IT industries. Aeronautical engineering is a niche branch with limited scope on aviation. Both, ECE and aeronautical engineering branches are highly technical and full of innovation.
You can chose any based on your interests. You can also do B.Tech in ECE followed by M.Tech in aeronautical engineering with specialization in avionics.

Naseer, some universities like Lovely Professional University don't have this criteria. Their eligibility criteria just asks for a candidate to be pass in graduation with 50%.
There must be some other universities following the same criteria. You need to check.
If we talk about of LPU, it is doing really good on the placement front along with academics. So, you can think about taking admission there.
Best of Luck.

If you are asking for the expected rank vs score data, you have to wait for some more days (until the completion of exam). After that only mark vs rank can be predicted.
