Hi Jayakumar,
Well it may be difficult for me to tell you will you are still able to write the arrears of a course that you were enrolled years back. Although, the chances seem less but then you can still try to contact the University from where you were enrolled to inquire about the details.
They would be the apt source from where you may be able to seek complete information.

Hi Manpreet, don't worry though English not the medium of instruction for the entire course duration the courses are taught in English initially until the student can pick up the language. But I still suggest that you take some basic training in English before leaving for Spain so that it is easier for you to find a part time job.

Dear Meghna, you can certainly pursue PG Diploma in Healthcare management from the IMA partnering International Universities and Indian Universities. Also can opt for MBA in Healthcare Management, as in recent times MBA is highly in demand by the corporate world and is the most popular course pursued by the students. The other option to pursue a Doctorate program (PhD) through off-campus mode, will help you to go to the next academic level and be helpful for you in the near future. The other courses of healthcare are also available, by clicking on this Shiksha link - https://www.shiksha.com/getListingDetail/128767/course/course-Ima-Int

Hi Swati,
There are many institutes in India offering BCA and B.Sc IT, and if you are keen to pursue either of the two minimal maths is required.
But before you take such crucial decisions, I would still advise you to think about it again as if you change this then you can not continue with further shifting and changes.
There are many institutes in India offering these courses and to know about the same , you may refer to the following links:
