Eligibility :- A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test MAT conducted by AIMA in either September - 2017 / December 2017 or A composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2017 or 2018 or A composite score or 300 or above in GRE 2017 or 2018 or 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission Test CMAT 2018) or 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission Test 2017 CAT conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) or 70 percentage or above in the XAT Test for Management Admissions XAT 2018 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the semesters/years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-May 2018 are also eligible to apply.

The preparation strategies are very important for a student who want to crack CMAT exam. Select one of the best coaching centres which offer quality education. TIME is one of the famous coaching centres for CAT CMAT ATMA and XAT. 2. Dedication-Be focused on the aim which you need to achieve. 3. Try to read Hindu newspaper editorial. Most of the passages which appear in CMAT are from Hindu editorial. 4. Try to do a maximum number of online mock tests. You will definitely clear CMAT by doing the above. 5. Try to read as much as you can and make note of points. 6. Revision of each and every topic is very important. 7. In general Candidate Profile for Freshers for cabin crew is as under :
Age:Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height:Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight:In proportion to height
Educational Qualification:HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features:Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Status:Unmarried
Language skills:Fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in a foreign language will be an added advantage.
Interactive skills:Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
Nationality:Indian citizens only
Passport:Must possess a valid Indian passport or should have applied for a passport
Mandatory Documentation :Must possess a Pan Card and Aadhaar Card
So that becomes very clear that it merely requires some grooming to get the job of a cabin crew. They don't demand much from candidates.
You should be interpersonally sound and capable to handle people from different cultures
Cabin crew is the face of the airline. Coz they face the passengers for the first time.
Foreign languages like German, French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese, Can allow you to get an edge over others.
As this allows the airline to roster you on routes where such languages are spoken.
Any facial Mark can be a reason for disqualification. But I would suggest you to get it treated and then try again.
Your height is also too less, they allow some relaxation in height those coming from Northeast India.
If at all you are rejected for any such reason, do not loose heart. Try for ground jobs, Aviation has got immense potential for women.
