Yes, you can apply through EDR round. The EDR applications are open till 15th January. The CAT cutoff for IFMR is 80 percentile. Your CAT score seems to be lower than the cutoff. However, IFMR follows profile-based shortlisting. The overall profile of the candidate including academic record, work experience and other achievements (represented country, state or district/ university in Sports, Debate, Drama, Moot Court, NCC (but not NSS) volunteering, activism) are also taken under consideration. Relaxation in cutoff will be provided for candidates with exceptional profile. You also have an option of applying through XAT/CMAT/GRE. The cutoffs are as follows: XAT 80percentile CMAT 91 percentile GRE 300+.

I am very afraid to say that with this profile you can not get good college for MBA. These are the reasons:
1) You have very low marks in CAT. So, in that case, you 'may' get admission in any private college like Amity University-Noida or Asian Business School-Noida. They are also good colleges.
2) You don't have any work experience. Now, every college asks the students to gain job experience. Since, you don't have, hardly you can find any good college for MBA. So Nidhi, my opinion says that either you drop 1 or 2 years to gain job experience and for effective preparation of CAT, GMAT, IIFT, etc., or go to any low-grade private college. This year drop would ensure wider opportunities for you.
