CDS is a Combined Defence Services Examination conducted by UPSC Union Public Service Commission twice a year probably in February and in October/November. Since you have 3 years of work experience, you can apply for MBA without GMAT. however, M.Tech without GRE would be difficult. Also, IELTS would be mandatory if you are planning for an English taught course and TestDAF is you are willing for a course taught in German language. Would recommend you to write IELTS and look towards Grenoble Business School. It is amongst the best in Germany and would consider your application even without GMAT.

It's comparatively lower to marketing and finance. It's around 3 LPA.

Why dont try for admissions in Auckland University of Technology. Education cost in NZ is cheaper compared to many other countrues. You will get international exposures.
