Hi Prashant,
Although, there are not many Institutes providing Part time Programme in Engineering, but you can check with Sardar Patel College of Engineering in Mumbai & Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology in Pune. Few of the other popular universities which you may check are: IGNOU, Annamalai University, Acharya Nagarjuna etc.
However, it would be advisable would be that you should opt for full time Engineering programme as the kind of practical exposure required in engineering programme is only possible through a full time programme.

Sudharsan, B.Tech (Bio-Tech) placement (PAN India) is very very less due to less demand from the market, poor industrial requirements and lack of research facility in india.
Foreign Opportunities are less in nos. globally. But still teaching gives a lot of space this people
