Please get a call first and then refer for comparative selection. Suggestion in the absence of name of the institution may not help you if you don't get a call from that institute.

Hi,
I don't think it's a good idea for you to apply to this college for the diploma as this college is neither ranked nationally in Canada nor globally. Also, the college does not have a strong brand name in India which would be a disadvantage in your profile as not many people here know about this college. If you want to study abroad, why don't you apply for a masters degree in international management from good universities?

Hi Jayadev,
IAS is one of the most prestigious services under the government of India, which undertakes all the administrative functions that are required to be carried out in the State/ Central Government.
Theer are many subjects that one can opt from and depending on your education qualification, going for subjects like Physics, Mathematics or Electrical engineering seems to be the best options available. But then there are other subjects too, and opting for either of the ones would entirely be a result of your interest in the particular subject.
To know more about the IAS, refer to the following link:

Hi Jayanthi,
Yes, IIM Bangalore does offer HR as a specialization. As far as the Fee structure is concerned as it keeps on changing it would be difficult to give you the exact Fee Structure. However, approximately it would range somewhere between 6-10 lakhs.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
