The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc. Integrated course would be a better option However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA integrated course would be better.

PGDM is given by a college affiliated to the AICTE whereas an MBA is given only by an independent University. Both are considered as equivalent in India; what matters more is from where are you pursuing it. For example, a PGDM from a top-ranked B-school is any day more valuable than an MBA from an average university, and vice-versa. Ideally, one should try to go for an MBA since it is more recognised.

You can still apply if you have scored less marks in any entrance exams because 20% weightage is given to CMAT and other exams and 80% weightage is given to further rounds like GD and PI.
