HI Devi, IELTS is mandatory in Canada. In Singapore Indian students are generally not required to appear for IELTS of they have studies in English medium. If not then IELTS is mandatory in Singapore. In Canada, family visa weakens the case so unless your file is strong in terms requirements of high commission then please do not try Canada. Family visa will generally require you to show living expenses for all members of the family. Also, in family visas spouse and children are permitted to travel along and not parents.

Hi Shruthi, CIPD course is recognised outside India, especially in Europe it has a great value. It adds to your qualification if you would like to be in the HR field. Also to study the course simultaneously you will simply have to enrol. Moreover, the course is really short and meant for people who would like to be trainers so in my opinion this shouldn't be of any problem. You can consult the University's international office (the one you are planning to join) for any help on this while you are in the UK.

Hi Maitry, if you are very particular about being in Hamilton then you can look into Waikato Institute of Technology. They offer a L5 Diploma. If you are open about location then you can also try in Wellington institute of Technology. Both are not Universities but govt polytechnics. Universities do not provide a course in this subject.
