Manish it would be interestng to know as to what was your work / duties/ responsibilities at Nestle. This is a good company and you must find out from them that which kind of specialization or further study could enhance your career in this company. If you are located at their plant in Moga (Punjab) and in personnel deppt then you may do MBA with specialization in HR. If incase you work for them elsewhere, say in Marketing deptt then you may do specialization in Marketing. Similarly if you are in Purchase then study in that field. You must try to stick with this group untill you find a company of same status.
