Hi,
Yes, on the basis of your qualifications, you are eligible to apply for the program at George Brown College.
If you have scored atleast 6 band score in each section, your IELTS score is also fine. There is a possibility that the university may not accept your IELTS score and may ask you to retake it. In such a case, target a score above 7.0 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section so that you do not face any problems later.

U can consider going for the CA/ICWA/CS courses.U cam also go for MBA finance or various courses offered through distance learning from ICFAI,NMIMS,SPJain distance learning centre.Plz consider the work area U like to enter- finance, accounting, perations, Risk management, Business Consulting,etc. and then further narrow down , considering courses that will help U to enter into that particular line of work. Well one can opt for the subject on the basis of self interest and not restricted to the educational background.
If you are keen to pursue the optional in public admin and anthropology, you can definitely head for it. The syllabus is usually defined and is the reference is easily available in the nearest bookstores. Also you can look for support by taking up some coaching from a good institute, the study material is offered by the institute itself.
