Keeping in mind your prior qualification and work experience, I would suggest you to go for a PG in Advertising and PR or Advertising and Marketing.
Advertising and PR is a very good course and has a good career scope in the media world. Advertising requires a lot of creativity and innovation as one has to do a lot of research in order to study the demand of the product in the market, then you need to design the advertisement according to the target consumers depending upon the age group, gender etc. Thus making the advertisement field more interesting and challenging. Now for PR I would say that it requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done.
