Its good to know that you are interested in pursuing MBA, as per your profile it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing engineering and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.

You have good academic and professional profile, so as per your profile it would be advisable for you to go for full time MBA from good institutes in India and Abroad.The MBA degree will further enhance your career prospects.
As you have 5 years of work experience you can pursue MBA from good universities in UK, the duration of MBA program in UK is 1 year only.
