Hi,
Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA from abroad, how ever please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

The first and foremost important thing is to check whether your friend is eligible to get in the field of animation. Having interest in this field is definitely important but what more important is to check the creative level of the candidate. The industry of animation welcomes all with the open hands if the creativity is there.
