Hi Rathna, MS in Chemical Engineering is not offered by NTU so you can anyways not study this course here.
Following are the courses offered by NTU related to chemicals :
M.Eng in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering - By Coursework
Master of Science in Biological Sciences (Chemical Biology and Biotechnology)
Masters of Engineering (M.Eng) in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering - By Research

To become an Air Traffic Controller a person needs to either have an Engineering degree or M.Sc in areas like wireless communication, electronics etc. so with your qualification it seems difficult. To have further information on this please check the link below:

Hi Radhika,
As this would be the first batch of IPG Programme not much guidance could be given on the content of the apptitutde test and the method of preparation. However, as per IIM Indore it would be one hour test the level of which would be equivalent to Secondry School and will contain sections on written & verbal ability, General Awareness and analytical ability. The best way to prepare for this test would be that you get thorough with your NCERT material of 9th till 12th and for general awareness read newspaper and listen to English news channels on daily basis apart from this read GK magazines like Compition Success Review etc.

Delhi College of Engineering is Called Delhi technological university. there is no College Affiliated to it. previously DCE is Affiliated To Delhi University but then in 2009 Government make it Deemed university . to get admission in DTU your AIEEE Rank must be very high With in 8000.
