Only you can decide your career path and the decision needs to derive from the aspects like your interest intent, career aspirations, strengths etc based on which you can then take a decision for your Masters.
As for suggesting you in these regards, as you have mentioned that you pursuing a degree course in Tourism, and if you are serious to make a career in this field then I would advise you to opt for the courses like MTA or MBA in Tourism.

Mainly you have two options open to you either MBA in communication, advertising, etc. or a Masters program in Mass Communication & Journalism. no. that will not be possible. you will have to make arrangement to pay for your tuition fee. there are 50 pharmacy colleges in the UK. but to pursue pharmacy course in UK you will have to appear for OSPAP exam. then you can apply to aston, bath, bradford, brighton, central lancashire, kingston, robert gordon univ, strathclyde univ, cardiff univ, queen's univ belfast, ulster univ adn many more
