Although, to do a Diploma program, you generally require to have 10+2 but there will be many private institutes like Exterior - Interior which will give you 1 year full time programs even after 10th. So you definitely can try for such Institutes.
However, advisable is that you should complete your education as education would always help you in career growth in long run.

The basic criteria for getting eligible for CAT is to score a minimum of 50% in you 3years Graduation course. Although with just 50% marks you wont be selected in the best B-Schools, as you need to have more than 70%. The Marks that you have scored are okay but not that good enough but still you have a chance to score more in Graduation and if you successfully can do that, the gates of your success will open automatically.

IF you are seeking entry in Master in mechanical engineering as a internatinal student you need to submit these documents transcript of records of bachelors degree or equivalent (officially authenticated copy), curriculum vitae, motivational letter, passport-size photo, health insurance, proof of german language proficiency etc.Also for international students TOEFL is required.You will get a checklist of the required documents after completing the online application.
