Hi Aruna,
As far I would know in these regards, it is not advised to pursue two graduate degree simultaneously and instead as per the norms of the education system in the country one can pursue graduate degree along with the diploma course together but not the degrees of the same level whether Bachelors or Masters.

The answer to your question totally depends from course to course. Some master courses require the GRE and some don't. Mostly, it is the engineering and the management courses that require you to take the GRE. Apart from the GRE, you would have to take the TOEFL which is very much mandatory.
