Hi Sweeti, to make right choice for masters program you need to understand the difference between the two. Also decide on what carrier you would like to pursue. MBA is 2years program wherein 1st year you will study general management and 2nd year you will study IT. MCA is 3years program fully focused on computer application study for full 3years. You get more deep knowledge about your field in MCA than in MBA. Since you have already done BCA it would be beneficial for you to do MCA to make a strong carrier in IT field. For detail information about MBA & MCA check out on ITM website.
