The career opportunities for candidates who have completed B.E Electronics and Instrumentation are very high in both public and private sectors like such as BHEL, GAIL, SAIL, NTPC, TATA, Indian Engineering service and Indian Oil Corporation. The Graduates have great employment opportunities in electronic device manufacturing units and chip design industries. The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations if in case you feel that creativity is your passion then don't give it a second thought just go for it, there are several fields which you can get into to satisfy your creative urge and make a successful career too, such as interior designing, fashion designing, fine arts, media & Journalism etc. all these fields have good scope and really upcoming fields in the job market.
However, if you want to pursue a career in your core field that is commerce, then MBA is a good choice. There are other options like CA, CS, and Civil Services etc.

IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is of 9 bands, and all the good universities requires 6.5-7 bands plus score.
TOEFL or IELTS scores are one of the important eligibility criteria for getting admission in universities abroad.

In order to pursue MS in US you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100- 1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) Intake.
So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and then accordingly start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Germany is a country known for its technical advancements and pursuing a Masters degree in Computer science will surely be beneficial for you.
Now as you have mentioned free education, I would like to say that education in Germany is govt. funded so you have to give a very minimal fee.
Few good institutes that might interest you are Technische Universität München (University), Braunschweig University of Technology, Technische Universität München (University), Kiel University of Applied Sciences, University of Paderborn, etc.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL as per the university requirements.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
Also after completion of the course, you can look for employment and if you get one then you can convert your 'students permit' to 'residence permit for gainful employment'.
