There is no set timetable which you can follow to prepare for your Civil Service Examination. Almost all the Graduate courses in India starts in the month of June-July so, it would difficult to find Colleges starting session in the months you have mentioned, however, you can try with Private Institutes like JIMS & amity etc. as they have a second session.

Hi Arnab,
Although, you can go for an Institute recognized by State government, but advisable would be that your degree should be UGC or AICTE recognized as these are the educational bodies which are known not only at National but international level as well.
I would also like to add here that if possible you should opt for full time MBA programme rather than Distance MBA as it not only gives you practical exposure but also have a good market value as well.
