Hi,
As you have completed your undergraduate course in chemical engineering, it would be advisable for you to pursue MS in the same field as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation, however apart from MS in the same filed you can pursue MS in petroleum engineering and related fields, you can also opt to pursue MBA.
In order to pursue MBA, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

There is always a nearby a cut-off more than 90 percentile .If you would like to be there then definitely you will have to cross the 90 percentile criteria.
