Hi Ashwin, irrespective of the nationality you can check management schools in Europe for MS or MIM programs like HEC Paris, INSEAD , IESE etc . They don't require work experience. MBA programs without work experience is difficult to find, top universities will accept you if you are something extraordinary. Alternatively there are low ranking colleges in Canada, USA etc which you can check. See here

The eligibility criteria for JCECE & JEECE examinations are mentioned below:
Residential Eligibility:
Candidate should be a citizen of India and local or permanent residence of Jharkhand state.
