Dear Anil,
Most of them do and some even conduct their own tests. These days we have good private universities too that are at par with government institutions. Eligibility criteria: Most institutes have 10+2 passed with science stream subjects (with Biology subject) from a recognized board as the minimum educational qualification required. Minimum marks criteria may exist in case of some institutes. If that criteria exists, it is generally around 50% aggregate marks.
Admission process: Depends on the institute. It could be merit based admission process or direct admission process. If merit based admission is followed in an institute, marks scored by a candidate in board exam and/or relevant entrance test will be taken into consideration.

A generalised view about this course is as under. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htmandgotothe class 2nd examiners tab to find out doctors who will examine you for initial fitness. Do not restrict yourself to the specialisation before exploring all the fields. It is true that operations is the optimal choice given your background but you may want to consider other choices as well because your background has a very little role to play in your MBA.
